excellent location but missing some conveniences
The location is exceptional, just a short walk to the Vatican. The staff, especially Dennis, provided outstanding service and responded to our requests immediately. The beds were quite comfortable, ensuring a restful night. During our stay, I appreciated how clean everything was, which truly made our experience pleasant.
However, I noticed that the coffee machine in the communal kitchen wasn't working, which was disappointing.
